- Step 2 - Logo Application - With your approval to proceed, the imprint production team will apply your logo based on the selected imprint style; using the industry’s top equipment and top grade imprint materials. Your logo will be permanently added to each garment and will look its brightest on your new high visibility work gear.
- Step 3 - Quality Check - Each garment goes through a 3-step quality assurance process, at each step of the imprint production process, to guarantee the quality of the garment, placement of the logo application, and overall accuracy of the finished product.
- Step 4 - Delivery - After passing final inspection, your imprint order will be packaged to protect it for the journey from our warehouse to your shipping dock. We will quickly ship your order to get your team looking their best.

Both visors are made of high quality PC material with ANSI Z87.1 & CE EN166 approved. The outside visor is transparent and the inside visor sunglass.

Adjustable Safety Helmet
Sweatband
We designed a breathable sweatband inside the safety helmet, it could help you minimize the impact of head sweat on your work. The sweatband is removable and we have a replaceable sweatband for you, you can replace the clean one when the sweatband is dirty.
Y-Shaped Buckle
Triangles are known to be the most stable shape. So we designed the helmet's fastening strap in Y-shaped. At the same time, the length of the fixing strap is adjustable. You can adjust it according your comfort.
Headgear Adjuster
The range of the headgear is 20.87" - 24.8", it covers most head sizes. The adjuster is designed on the back of the headgear, you can only use one hand to adjust the size of the headgear.
Chin Strap
We added a soft chin strap on the fixing strap, so you don't have to worry about the fixing strap being too tight for your chin comfort. The position of the chin strap is also adjustable and you can adjust it to your comfort level.

Muy buena compra, lo adoré.
I needed a helmet for riding my bicycle. Something that would cover my head plus face. Luckily i got this cool hard hat that i can use for many activities. Perfect for riding my bicycle, for skiing and skating. Plus i can easily enter construction sites. Not only does it have a big transparent visor, but also another sunglass visor. Perfect on a sunny day. Fitted perfectly even without using adjustments and not heavy at all. In general i love it.
I can finally live my dream as robo cop.
This is a nice hardhat, with a comfortable fitment solution , good protection and plenty of readiness to upgrade. The price is right, and it's got all the correct certifications. The built in safety glasses are useful in a pinch, but shouldn't replace a genuine pair of over-the-ear safeties.
