Refund Policy

At SMASYS, we take great pride in the quality and design of our products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible. Please familiarize yourself with our policy outlined below and do not hesitate to reach out to us with any inquiries.


Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us promptly via email at smasyssafe@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We are committed to addressing your concerns and offer the following options:

  • If the return is not due to a quality issue, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost (e.g. don't like it, color not as expected, change of mind, etc.).
  • If the return is due to quality problem. Please contact us and provide photos or relevant evidence for evaluation, shipping fee will be paid by us.
  • If the product is not the right size, we are responsible for replacement or refund, but the shipping fee should be paid by the customer.
  • If the product is damaged during transportation, we will be responsible for compensation with reasonable evidence.

Custom Products

Due to personal design on custom products, we are not required to accept returns or exchange unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If there is a misspelling or error in the design due to a mistake bu us, you are protected to get the guarantee.


Refuns

Once the item is received by us, it takes 5 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

If you’ve been notified that your refund is approved but haven’t received it within the expected timeframe, please contact us via email for assistance.


Important Notes

  • Please do not send back products without contacting us first. This allows us to guide you through the correct process and avoid delays or lost items.

  • All products packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
