* Where is my order?

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please leave your correct email box so that we could send you tracking number and website to check once your item is sent. Or customer can go to our homepage, click Chat pop-up and enter e-mail & order number (only numbers) to see the order status by themselves.

* Tips for shipping
  1. Make sure your email and phone number are correct at checkout—this helps us get your order to you smoothly. Note: Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column can not be compensated.
  2. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by SMASYS.
  3. Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country. Standard shipping takes 5–15 business days (sometimes longer). The tracking might say “not found” until it’s close. Thanks for your patience.
  4. If there is a cancellation, please submit a refund request before the package is shipped, as we will not be able to process the refund once the package is shipped.
