  • VISIBILITY & DESIGN: Fluorescent Yellow shirt with heat transfer reflective tapes/high reflective tapes, 2 horizontal 2-inch reflective strips around back and waist, a 2-inch reflective strips on each short sleeve, which provide 360° protection while you are working under daylight or low light conditions. The bottom part of safety shirt is made of navy bird eye fabric, which is relatively dirt persistent and fashionable. The reflective safety T-shirt neck is a Polo collar with 2 buttons, which is easy to pull on and off.
  • MATERIALS: Our reflective T-shirt is made of 100% polyester Bird eye fabric, lightweight and breathable. The T-shirt has a patch pocket on the left chest where you can put phone, walkie-talkie or other tools. Reflective safety polo collar and clothing short sleeve cuffs are ribbeded collar, made with yellow lines in the middle and navy stripes on the edge. The ribbed collars are elastic and can adapt to most of people's body types.

Solid Hi-Vis Shirt with a Few Trade-Offs

This smasys Hi-Vis Polo checks most of the right boxes out of the gate—bright, bold colors that do their job and a sharp design that doesn't scream “I borrowed this from a construction site in 1998.” Initial impression? Solid.Now, let’s talk about that reflective banding—yep, it’s the classic stiff stuff. You know the kind: feels like laminated tape with a grudge. It’s sewn in between each color block, and while it looks cool, you’ll notice it on your skin. If you’ve worn safety shirts for decades like I have (Corpsman, Medic, Flight EMS—been there, reflective gear’ed that), you already know the deal: it never really gets soft, but with a few washes it might get less angry.Fit-wise: I was sent a XXL, and with a 40" chest and typically wearing a Large, it still worked. XL would’ve been the sweet spot—less baggy but still breathable. So size up if you’re not into feeling like a sausage casing.Final thoughts: if the colors hold through the washes—and they look promising—this is a budget-friendly win. If not, well… at least I didn’t pay $60 for a neon napkin.Verdict: Good start. Reflective bands still suck (surprise, surprise). But I’ll probably buy more.
